We design, build, and customize high-performing websites on Squarespace and Shopify. These platforms were made for small businesses, founders, and entrepreneurs who want flexibility without the headache of code.

While Squarespace and Shopify are powerful and DIY-friendly, they're not strategic on their own. That's where we come in. We go beyond the templates and themes, and implement custom coding, intuitive design, and user-focused strategy to create a site that not only looks great, but works. Most of our clients come to us after trying to DIY their site and realizing something's missing. Direction. Expertise. They need strategy, design, and someone who knows how to bring it all together. Web Design Process

  • The first step is to complete out Web Design Intake Form (below). It's our starting point to better understanding your business and website goals.

    Some things to keep in mind while completing your intake:

    • What's your website vision?

    • Describe your products/services.

    • Who's your target audience?

    • What actions do you want visitors to take when they get to your website?

    • How do you stand out in your industry? What sets you apart?

    • Do you have any existing branding/identity assets?

    If you do not have your brand messaging nailed down, we recommend you start with The Brand Development Workbook before submitting an intake form.

  • After we receive your intake form, we'll schedule an onboarding call together to discuss all the details of your project. Your goals, budget, timeline and make sure we’re a good working match.

  • After our call, we'll use your intake form and meeting notes to craft a customized Project Proposal for you. Your proposal will include:

    • Project breakdown and process

    • Deliverables (what's included and what's not)

    • Project timeline with milestones

    • Your investment & billing schedule

    • Terms & Conditions to ensure clarity

  • Once the Project Proposal is approved, signed, and DEPOSIT paid we will jump in to the design!

    • The first stage of the web design process includes all the backend setup of your website—we handle all that for you ensuring everything is setup correctly and in the right place from the get go.

  • Next we dive into designing your site, optimizing the layout, navigation, UX/UI (user experience & user interface), custom coding, etc.

    We keep you involved throughout the entire process, prompting you along the way, when information and content as needed.

  • At this stage, you review your site and share any final feedback notes and refinements.

    We apply your revisions, refine the details, and make sure everything is aligned and working as intended. This is where your site comes together and feels complete.

    By the end of this step, your website is polished, cohesive, and ready for testing.

    Revision rounds vary by package.

  • With the design and build complete, we run a full round of testing to make sure everything looks, feels, and functions exactly as it should before going live.

    • Testing all links, buttons, forms, and fields

    • Mobile and tablet responsiveness across devices

    • Browser compatibility (Chrome, Safari, etc.)

    • Site speed and performance check.

    • Basic SEO setup (page titles, meta descriptions, indexing)

    • … and more.

    With everything tested and approved, your site is ready to launch and be shared with your audience and the world.

  • As a small business, we totally understand that cash flow isn't always flowing. And that's why we offer flexible payment options on most of our web design packages. We are here to make it work for you and your budget.

  • The number of revisions and features may vary based on chosen package.

    Providing feedback is a crucial part of the revision process and ensures your website is exactly where you want it to be. We've outlined a few Do's & Don'ts to help keep us on the same page and ensure your project runs smoothly.

  • Al web design package timeframes are dependent on response and feedback times. We cannot guarantee that your project will be completed within the exact timeframe (also see Revisions above).
