We offer Maintenance Plans to suit your every need. There are no contracts to sign, and you can change plans or discontinue at any time. We track the time spent updating and maintaining your website down to the minute. Simply ping us and your request will be processed in 1-2 business days. It’s that simple!

30 Min Plan: We recommend this plan for clients who have one-off requests and periodically need maintenance or tech support.

1 Hour Plan: Our most popular plan! One hour covers your basic monthly updates; adding blog entries, products, services, simple content updates, or implementing new features.

2, 3, 4 Hour Plans: Looking to make visual design changes? Revamping elements on your site? Adding new products/collections? Reorganizing pre-existing content? Send us your desired change-requests and we’ll provide you with a time-estimate.

5+ Hours: Should you require large-scale design modifications, want to change your current template, restyle, redesign, reconfigure your entire website, or if you’ve recently re-branded and need a complete website overhaul - please complete our New Client Intake Form and we’ll work up a custom quote.

TERMS

  • Once you’ve started a Maintenance Plan, you have access to our web maintenance services for 30 calendar days - hence the term monthly - for the appointed Plan time (30mins, 1hr., 2hrs., etc.).

  • Tasks are deducted from your Plan’s Timesheet, using our minute-by-minute time-tracking software.

  • After the 30 calendar days you have two options:

    • Start a new month

    • Cancel, skip, or pause and contact us when you require web maintenance services again.

 

➤ Plan cycle is 30 calendar days (minimum)

➤ Payment required on the first day of your Plan

➤ Month-to-month / 30 calendar days of web maintenance as needed

➤ NO commitment, NO contracts, NO subscriptions necessary

➤ Upgrade or downgrade your Plan depending on the amount of tasks you require at the beginning of each new Plan cycle

➤ Maintenance time DOES NOT roll over to the next month / Plan

➤ Additional tasks outside your Plan is billed at our hourly rate ($175/hr)

➤ No refunds or prorated refunds for maintenance time not used during your 30 calendar days

➤ Discounted rates available for NPOs
